We are here to meet you where you are as you begin your journey

It is the collection of our positive and negative experiences which shape the story you are writing about your life, and sometimes it is these negative experiences that create a dominant theme in our lives. It is our hope to help you empower yourself to rewrite your story to allow you to thrive again.

We believe in a client centered approach where you are the expert of your own story. It is the role of the counselor to help you identify connections or discrepancies in your life which you might not identify on your own. We hope to  help guide you into a deeper self-awareness in your story, and find the ways to help you redirect yourself back to a healthy place again.

Our counselors have a broad base of experience and depth of clinical knowledge. Each person, couple, and family is different. Since the same approach won't work for everyone, we work with each client to find out which therapeutic approach is a best fit for their goals.

Our practice specializes in the following:

  • Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorders

  • Adolescence

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Career Counseling

  • Family Counseling

  • Marriage and Couples Counseling

Billing FAQ

How much is a 60-minute session?

Prices are between $60-$160 per session based on credential and specialized training.

Do you take insurance?

We are authorized providers with Medicaid (Colorado Community Health Alliance and Colorado Access; Regions 3, 5, 6, 7), United Healthcare, UMR, Aetna, and Cigna (intern counselors only).

If you have other insurance, please ask your provider if you have “out-of-network mental health benefits”. Many do, and in these cases clients pay out of pocket and then submit an invoice directly to their insurance company to be reimbursed.

Yes! Each counselor maintains a limited number of reduced-rate spots. If openings are available, our counselors are happy to discuss that with you during the free 30-minute phone consultation.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
