Frequently asked Questions

  • Prices are between $60-$160 per session based on credential and specialized training.

  • We are authorized providers with Medicaid (Colorado Community Health Alliance and Colorado Access; Regions 3, 5, 6, 7), United Healthcare, UMR, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, and Cigna (intern counselors only).

    If you have other insurance, please ask your provider if you have “out-of-network mental health benefits”. Many do, and in these cases clients pay out of pocket and then submit an invoice directly to their insurance company to be reimbursed.

  • Each counselor maintains a limited number of reduced-rate spots. If openings are available, our counselors are happy to discuss that with you during the free 30-minute phone consultation.

  • For 24 sessions (1-hour session weekly for 6 months or bi-weekly for 12 months), you can expect to pay a maximum of:

    Clinical Director Rates ($180/hour) - $4,320

    LPC Rates ($150/hour) - $3,600

    LPCC/MSW + EMDR Rates ($130/hour) - $3,120

    LPCC/MSW Rates ($120/hour) - $2,880

    Intern Rates ($60/hour)- $1,440

    Please note that these rates are for self-pay clients. Depending on the number of sessions, length of sessions, and sliding scale rates, the total amount may differ somewhat from what is shown above. You always have the right to request an updated Estimate at any time.
