Amanda Knowles, Intern

Amanda is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with experience working across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. She has supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal violence, self-harm, eating disordered behavior, suicidality, school-related challenges, self-esteem, and gender identity.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and IFS-informed therapy, she creates a safe and collaborative space for healing and growth. With additional training in Play Therapy, she brings creativity and warmth to her work with younger clients.

Deeply passionate about mental health, Amanda believes in the transformative power of therapy and the meaningful change that emerges through the healing process.
