Amanda Knowles, LPCC

Amanda aims to be a compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. She supports clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or life’s challenges, and who long for relief, understanding, and a path forward. Amanda helps people who want to feel heard, gain confidence, and live more authentically. She strives to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can heal, grow, and discover the fulfilling life they deserve.

Using a holistic approach, addressing mind, body, and spirit, Amanda helps clients heal through CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS-informed therapy, and is currently training in EMDR. She creates a safe, collaborative space and brings creativity and warmth to kids through Play Therapy. Amanda is passionate about mental health and the lasting change therapy can bring. Amanda completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS).

She understands how hard it is to seek help when life feels heavy. She was once where you are and aims to give back the same way she was helped.
