Feeling anxious or overwhelmed at times is a common part of life, but you don’t have to navigate it on your own. This 8 week group, meeting every Wednesday, helps participants better understand anxiety and build practical skills to feel more calm, confident, and in control. Through guided support, you’ll learn to recognize body signals, identify patterns and triggers, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and use effective tools to manage everyday stress with greater ease.

Anger is a normal and human emotion, but managing it effectively can be challenging. This group is designed to help you slow down, better understand your strong emotions, and learn how to respond in healthier, more constructive ways. Through guided discussion and practical tools, you’ll build skills to recognize early warning signs, identify what triggers intense feelings, and pause before reacting. You’ll also learn how to express your emotions clearly and respectfully, improving communication and strengthening your relationships.
