Message from Simone:
“Starting therapy can be an incredibly overwhelming process! To help with this, I strive to create a comfortable, empathetic, transparent and honest environment. While therapy can involve unpacking boxes and processing difficult truths, I believe collaboration is key in finding a pace that feels natural and supportive for each client. Whether you are navigating challenges in interpersonal relationships, life transitions, processing past events, or you just want to get to know yourself better, therapy can function as a space to explore all of these possibilities. I am looking forward to walking alongside you on whatever journey you are on.”
