Stephanie works with teens and adults of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. She is working towards her ASSECT sex therapy certification and sexual therapy is the main focus of her practice.

Stephanie offers an empathetic and non judgemental space to her clients, helping them move from sexual dysfunction towards healthy sexual functioning and flourishing.

She has experience working with transgender clients as they are transitioning. She works with clients within the kink community as a kink-affirming therapist. Her clients include individuals with diverse sexual orientations, genders, and relationship styles.

She has experience addressing harmful experiences that are inhibiting healthy sexual flourishing, helping clients develop their own sense of sexuality, emotional health and wellbeing.

Stephanie works with clients who want to address unwanted sexual behaviors that are negatively impacting their lives. She works with clients to help them understand why they continue to choose these behaviors and provides tools and techniques to enable them to make different, healthier choices.

Stephanie is trauma informed and focuses on mind-body integration as well as developing new coping skills for the individual's flourishing. Stephanie has experience and training in:
